About Empowering Pathways 365
Empowering Pathways 365 (EP365) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the power of sports. Our inclusive programs — including basketball, soccer, fitness, dance, and sports camps — are offered across multiple locations throughout the Inland Empire. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live a fun, active, and fulfilling life, and our team makes that possible every single day.
Position Overview
EP365 is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Support Staff to provide direct behavioral support during our inclusive sports programs. This is a physically active, community-based role working across multiple locations and a variety of sports programs. You may support clients on a 1:1 basis or within groups of up to 5 participants, depending on the individual's needs and their Individual Service Plan (ISP).

This is an exciting opportunity to give back to our community and help others live a fun and fulfilling life!
