Gridnaut Recruiting seeks a bilingual French STEM expert native to Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, or France to develop high-quality reasoning questions evaluating AI models in biology, physics, or chemistry.
Employment Type: Hourly, Remote/Telecommute
Salary Range: $38-$53 USD per hour
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours weekly
Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design bilingual STEM prompts with multiple constraints and scientifically accurate instructions in French and English
- Establish evaluation standards and develop comprehensive rubrics accounting for scientific rigor and regional French terminology
- Conduct model testing by running prompts through AI systems and assessing outputs for accuracy and clarity
- Support quality assurance through collaborative review ensuring benchmarks meet scientific standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native-level French fluency from eligible regions
- Strong English reading/writing proficiency
- BS or BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
- Undergraduate-level subject familiarity
- Strong writing and critical thinking abilities
- Independent work capability and deadline management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years teaching, research, or applied STEM experience
- Experience with French-language STEM curricula in target regions
Application Process: 15-minute AI interview, then paid assessment focused on writing and rubric creation, then project invitation if selected.
DURATION
Contract, ongoing with potential for extension based on performance. Approximately 20 hours per week.
COMPENSATION
$45 per hour (hourly contract).
