responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end contracting process, including deal intake, drafting, negotiation, and structuring, while maintaining contract playbooks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Data Center Development) to navigate complex operations, maximize contract value, and drive cost containment.

• Manage and mitigate legal, business, and data privacy risks, ensuring all deals strictly comply with company policies and controls.

• ontinuously examine and improve existing policies and procedures to optimize the deal-to-contract process and ensure requests meet Service Level Agreements.

• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison to drive resolution on key business issues, while training peers and business units to enhance overall contracting efficiency.
