CPR Administrator / CPR Instructor (Part-Time) — $25/hrLocation: Oregon City, OR (In-Person)Training Delivered: CPR / AED / First AidGrowth Opportunity: Potential for full-time as the company grows Out of the Box Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized CPR Administrator who is also an active CPR Instructor to support and help deliver in-person CPR/AED/First Aid trainings in Oregon City. Pay & Schedule * $25.00/hour * Part-time to start * In-person role in Oregon City, OR * Strong potential to grow into full-time as our training program expands Minimum Requirements (Required) * Must already be a current CPR/AED/First Aid certified instructor (active instructor credential) * Minimum of 1 year of instructor experience * Ability to reliably work in person in Oregon City, OR What You’ll Do * Teach and support CPR/AED/First Aid trainings as needed * Coordinate training schedules (calendar management, confirmations, reminders, logistics) * Communicate with participants and staff leading up to trainings * Manage rosters, sign-in sheets, and course documentation * Track certifications and ensure completion materials are issued accurately and on time * Maintain training supplies and help with set up/clean up for sessions * Keep training operations organized, professional, and welcoming What We’re Looking For * Strong organization and follow-through * Friendly, professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) * Confident, encouraging teaching style with a safety-first mindset * Ability to manage multiple moving parts and stay calm under pressure * Comfort handling confidential information appropriately * Solid basic tech skills (Google Workspace or similar) Why Join Us This role is a great fit for an instructor who wants consistent work, a supportive team, and the chance to help build something that’s growing quickly.
