Teachers For Tomorrow is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support licensed childcare centers across the Twin Cities. Whether you’re returning to work or exploring a new path in early childhood education, we provide the training, support, and schedule flexibility to help you succeed.

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Consistent work with flexibility
• Optional additional shifts available

What You’ll Do

• Support classroom routines and daily activities
• Supervise and engage children (infant–preschool)
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Adapt to different classrooms with guidance
• Communicate professionally with center staff

Qualifications

• Childcare experience preferred, not required
• Transferable experience welcome (education, caregiving, healthcare, customer service, parenting)
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable
• Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities
• Willingness to learn – training provided

Pay & Benefits

• $17–$21/hour based on experience
