** Description**
Job Overview:
* We are looking for a proactive and socially confident Female Assistant **(US/EU based)** to support daily operations. This role is fully remote and primarily involves handling calls, communicating with clients or applicants, and managing data through spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
* Communicate clearly with clients, applicants, or team members
* Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate data
* Organize and track information efficiently
* Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Female, 18–22 years old, **must be from US/EU**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Socially active and confident in speaking with different people
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Reliable and able to multitask
Preferred Qualification's:
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (but not required)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
