Full-Service Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on restaurant manager to lead daily operations at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment. We are accepting applicants with 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
• Monitor sales performance and help drive profitability
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
