Retail Store Managers are expected to represent the company in the most professional way possible. They teach, coach, and develop leaders for the future while making decisions to keep the company's interests first. Leaders are expected to create a productive work environment and are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their location. Management is expected to recruit and develop a sales team as well as provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company's values and vision.

The Store Manager will work directly with Your Wireless executive team which will ensure that they are equipped with all the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve extraordinary results.
Responsibilities:
The Store Manager has experience in a retail sales environment and can identify gaps in behaviors and work directly with the team for improvement.
The Store Manager works directly with the Market Director and Area Manager on the strategic development of the store to positively impact profit, people, and processes.
The Store Manager must have competencies in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building, influencing and talent management.
