Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Klamath Falls, OR. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives. Qualifications

  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance, Annual Reporting
  • Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, OPFL,
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experience
  • Oversee training, payroll and benefits
  • Workers Compensation administration
  • Benefits Management
  • 401K administration
  • UI Hearings and BOLI claims
  • Responsible for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona Kansas and Nevada
