DESCRIPTION:• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of HR related experience required.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
• Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Business acumen and strategic mindset
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
• Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
• Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
• Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred
• Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112,500.00–$160,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
