Salary: $77,272 - 96,595 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education, experience, training, and/or certifications.
• For our entry-level role, no professional experience is required.
• For our analyst-level role, we require at least 2 years of professional IT or business experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a business analyst.
• For our senior-level role, we require at least 5 years of professional IT or business experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a business analyst capacity.
• We value strong knowledge of business and technical analysis methods.
• We look for experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and requirements governance.
• We expect the ability to collect information from both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• We seek strong communication skills for working across cross-functional groups.
