Position: Accounting Administrator

(Hiring for a Large Finance & Asset Management Client)

Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Pay rate: $24/hr
Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours

About the Role

The Accounting Administrator will provide administrative and basic accounting support to the Investment Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial operations, account reconciliation, and reporting processes within a professional asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry related to account reconciliation
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Update and maintain reports using Excel
• Support preparation, review, and processing of accounting records and documentation
• Assist with posting transactions within an automated accounting system
• Research and help resolve transaction discrepancies
• Gather and compile financial data for reporting purposes
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
