LOCATION : Haskell, TX

CONTEXT : Our clients are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader/Operator to join their team in Haslet, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, primarily focusing on front-end loaders, to move materials and maintain site efficiency. The ideal candidate is a versatile operator who can transition seamlessly between different types of equipment while maintaining high standards of precision and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Expertly operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, backhoes, or excavators) to move, load, and grade materials.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment throughout the shift based on site requirements.
• Efficiently load trucks, feed hoppers, or stockpile materials while ensuring minimal waste and maximum safety.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity; report any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site, adhering to all local and federal safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1–2 years of heavy equipment operating experience is preferred.
• Proven experience specifically with front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery.
• Comfortable learning new equipment and switching between machines as needed.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistent performance in an outdoor or industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of heavy equipment safety protocols and a "safety-first" attitude.
