The role we are looking to fill: Mail and Imaging Specialist As a Mail and Imaging Specialist with the BCBSWY Customer Support Operations Services Team, you will play an essential role in providing timely and accurate dispersion of incoming and outgoing correspondence in support of our members and providers. Our Control Unit is equipped with software-supported imaging equipment, postage machine, processing station, binding machine and other necessary tools for efficiently handling mail, medical records, and related documents. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to operate computer equipment and the software programs utilized with them, operate office equipment as listed above for processing correspondence, understand the various departments at BCBSWY and what their basic function is, and participate as a member of a team dedicated to meeting customer needs in a professional manner. Minimum qualifications include an earned High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience with operating office equipment is helpful. As a new Mail and Imaging Specialist, you will be provided on-the-job training on our systems, processes, services, and providing best-in-class customer service skills. Depending on the department and the position, eligible employees may be offered limited In-Office/WFH flexibility (for those positions that are offered limited WFH, there will be a required number of In-Office days per week/month depending on department). Executive level employees are required to reside full-time in Wyoming. Our Selection Process: Typically includes the following (NOTE: process steps may differ depending on role applied for)

• Review of your completed application and any additional submitted materials (e.g., cover letter, certifications, etc.) for minimum qualifications and skills alignment.
• Confirmation of Wyoming residency, intent to become a Wyoming resident, or reasonable commuter distance if Colorado resident.
• Recruiter Phone Screen.
• Possible Self-Assessment and/or Questionnaire.
• Initial interview with Hiring Manager.
• Possible 2nd Interview with Hiring Manager and/or additional Team members.
• Comprehensive Background Check.
