Job Description

Do you have experience working in mail room operations. We are hiring a full time opportunity in Irving, Texas.  Schedule: Monday-Friday  Shift: 8am-4:15pm Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move packages weighing up to 35 lbs. Reliability: strong track record of punctuality and attendance, especially during high-volume periods  

salary: $14.5 - $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and date-stamp high volumes of incoming mail
• Prepare and meter outgoing mail, ensuring correct postage and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Operate high-speed scanners to convert physical documents into digital files

Skills

• Mail Distribution
• Data Entry (3 years of experience is required)
