We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Mailing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and mailing out company documents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from any location.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize documents for mailing, including printing, collating, and stuffing envelopes.
Verify recipient addresses and ensure mailing accuracy.
Coordinate mailing schedules and arrange pickups or drop-offs with postal/courier services.
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing documents and track delivery status.
Digitize and upload mailed documents as needed for company records.
Communicate with internal teams to confirm mailing requirements and priorities.
Respond promptly to requests and resolve any mailing issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, mailroom operations, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management platforms).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and access to a printer/scanner (if needed).
Compensation:
This is a contract position with weekly pay.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience and volume of work.
