We are expanding our current Mobile Service Team! Are you a hands-on automotive technician who enjoys the freedom of the open road? Join our team as a Mobile Service Technician, where your skills will keep vehicles running smoothly—all while delivering top-tier customer service at the client’s location. As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of vehicles in the field. Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on passenger and light-duty vehicles
  • Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements, inspections, and more
  • Use diagnostic tools and onboard technology to assess and resolve issues
  • Keep detailed service records and communicate findings to clients
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site
Qualifications
  • Previous experience at an automotive dealership a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent Ford certified a plus
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
