Application Support Specialist Location - New York City, NY Onsite The CreditLens Configuration & Administration Specialist is responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting Moody's CreditLens modules to meet business requirements across C&I and CRE portfolios. This role focuses on identity and access management, deal structuring, deal pipeline configuration, covenant configuration, and data extracts, leveraging standard CreditLens functionality and tools such as CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD). The individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and effective system configuration.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain CreditLens Identity and Access Management (IAM), including: Creation and maintenance of up to 10 system roles and up to 40 users Enforcement of role-based access controls within standard CreditLens capabilities Support configuration of CreditLens single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0 compliant authentication systems, when required
Deal Structuring Module (CLAD)Configure Deal Structuring module using CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD), including: Creating or modifying up to 10 deal attributes Deleting, hiding, relabeling, or setting existing fields as read-only Assigning default values to existing fields Ensure all changes align with standard CreditLens product functionality Apply configurations across C&I and/or CRE portfolios as required
Deal Pipeline ConfigurationConfigure standard C&I and CRE deal pipelines, including: Modifying labels for existing pipeline stages Adding up to 25 columns across existing pipelines Deleting existing deal stages where appropriate Configuring up to 10 deal-level attributes to capture business data needs Ensure all pipeline configurations remain within supported CreditLens functionality Coordinate with stakeholders without performing historical deal cleanup
Covenant Module ConfigurationConfigure CreditLens Covenant Module attributes, including: Creating or modifying up to 10 attributes Deleting, hiding, relabeling, or setting fields as read-only Applying default values where appropriate Ensure all configurations are applied within existing covenant view models and standard product limitations
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) SupportPartner with business users during configuration UAT periods (up to 15 business days per configuration) Analyze reported defects and remediate configuration-related issues within scope Validate configuration accuracy prior to production readiness
Data Extracts & Integration SupportConfigure and maintain: One (1) standard CreditLens data extract Up to three (3) custom data extracts Support data delivery to enterprise data warehouses or downstream systems Coordinate with data, reporting, and integration teams as needed
Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Moody's CreditLens , including C&I and CRE modules Strong understanding of: Credit lifecycle workflows Deal structuring, pipelines, and covenant management Experience with: Application configuration (not custom development) Role-based access controls and user administration SSO concepts (SAML 2.0 preferred) Familiarity with UAT processes and defect remediation Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Preferred QualificationsExperience using CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD) Banking or financial services background (commercial lending preferred) Experience supporting data extracts or downstream reporting platforms Prior involvement in system implementations or post-go-live optimization efforts
