job summary: This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional specializing in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 within a hybrid environment. You will play a key role in cloud migrations, messaging systems, and enterprise identity services while supporting secure and scalable operations.

responsibilities:

• Administer and support Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage hybrid Exchange (on-prem + Exchange Online) and messaging systems
• Support and execute cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, etc.)
• Maintain and optimize M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Configure and manage Group Policy (GPO) and core identity services
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and modern scripting tools
• Manage Azure resources and access controls
• Provide Tier III support for complex infrastructure and messaging issues
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and best practices
• Document systems, processes, and configurations

qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365
• Strong experience with Exchange (on-prem and Exchange Online / hybrid)
• Hands-on experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience supporting or leading M365 / cloud migration projects
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and identity services
• Knowledge of authentication and security (SSO, MFA, OAuth)
• Experience with Windows Server (2012-2022)
• Strong troubleshooting skills supporting enterprise environments
• Preferred: Experience with Intune and endpoint/device management
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk)
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365)
