Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with machine operators and team members to ensure our products meet customer expectations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with machine operators and team members to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Follow directions on work orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inspect output to confirm it meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify non-conforming goods and notify the department manager.
  • Perform visual inspections and verify measurements as part of the production flow.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Proficiency in packing, production, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 year of factory or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm in modern manufacturing facilities designed with safety, efficiency, and teamwork in mind. Our 'Safe to the Core' culture ensures all employees can work around machinery, materials, and equipment while following all safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Brunswick, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
