Job Description:- My client is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle across a complex ecommerce technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of integrated systems including Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, middleware, and related applications. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into structured test strategies, lead testing efforts across multiple projects, and serve as the final quality gate prior to production releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities across backend systems, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Own the full testing lifecycle from planning and execution through validation and signoff.
• Coordinate testing schedules across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects in partnership with development and product teams.
• Validate business-critical workflows and edge cases with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and test results.
• Establish QA best practices, testing standards, and quality processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful releases.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience in multi-system enterprise environments.
• Experience creating and managing test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Experience testing integrated platforms such as:
• • Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Middleware and integration platforms
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or similar.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of ecommerce, order management, fulfillment, and operational workflows.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with omnichannel commerce environments.
• Exposure to payment processing platforms and integrations.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors and enterprise applications.
