Position Overview:
Security Title, a division of Fidelity National Title, LLC is seeking an experienced Escrow Closer to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to achieve success by providing superior service and quality. As an Escrow Closer, you would be responsible for overseeing the escrow process for real estate transactions, which includes preparing, executing, and delivering escrow documents. Building strong client relationships is crucial, as you'll need to determine escrow requirements and ensure all title issues are resolved for smooth transactions.
Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and approving escrow documents, managing closings, and addressing any client questions or concerns. You will be balancing escrow funds and coordinating with the funding team to ensure precise disbursement of funds. You will need to collaborate with various stakeholders such as lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to ensure everything runs seamlessly and on time.

This position has the potential to earn compensation starting from $50,000.00 and up depending on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
