NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant and is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Winder. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the dining experience and operational excellence in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our new establishment by overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management to customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote a collaborative work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
  • Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
