Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring for a Salesforce Quality Analyst for a top financial client in the Des Moines area. They will be on an Agile team working through an Agent Onboarding Modernization project. They will be working through day to day challenges using manual and automated testing. They will need to have a strong understanding of both manual and automated as they will be participating and making decisions around the types of scripts needed. They will also be working with the business and prepping tests scripts to provide demos every sprint. They will need to be able to hit the ground running and serve in a highly collaborative team. The hourly pay rate for this role is between $45-60/hr.

Skills and Requirements
6+ yrs Automation w/ low code/no code toolTesting in Salesforce
Business domain knowledge: operations of insurance in an agency setting
Strong communication Experience with ACCELQ.
Experience testing Salesforce applications.
Experience with Gherkin syntax and behavior-driven testing approaches.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Experience in agency operations for annuity and life business.
Experience testing in regulated, highly integrated, or enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in a business, information technology, or related major
