Designed for businesses like roofers, landscapers, painters, and other local service providers, the platform simplifies everything from lead generation and websites to scheduling, payments, and customer engagement. The company has already helped generate hundreds of millions in revenue for its customers and continues to scale rapidly across the U.S.

Topline Pro was co-founded by Nick Ornitz and Shannon Kay, who have built a fast-moving, execution-focused team backed by Y Combinator and leading investors. With strong product-market fit and a clear path to scale, the company is expanding its product and engineering organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer, Erik Ornitz, and will play a key role in shaping product direction and execution as the company scales.

Compensation

• Base salary of $160,000 to $170,000.
• Equity $80,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development across core platform features from discovery through delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define product roadmap and priorities.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Own sprint planning, backlog management, and agile execution processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform product decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, usability, and scalability.
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working within a user-centric, agile product development environment.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to ship high-quality software products.
• Strong understanding of product management fundamentals including roadmap planning and execution.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and features.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on SaaS products is strongly preferred.
