Position: Service Now Automation Tester (Not looking for a Sevicenow Developer)

Client: Freddie Mac

Location: Plano, TX / Mclean, VA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $52 on W2 & $60/hr. on C2C (Best if the candidate is on w2)

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD & H4-EAD (Locals only)

MOI: 2 rounds - 1 onsite

There will be a Glider test, and candidates must score more than 60%. Please make them aware.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Hands on testing with Service Now
• Automation and Service Now Certificates are required
• Preferred: Java Script, Python, or Selenium
• Development experience and performance testing would also be nice to have

Strong hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing experience with focus on IRM/GRC modules

Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, and SOX/compliance workflows

Strong automation testing experience using Selenium

Hands-on experience with ACLs, business rules, flows, update sets, APIs, and integrations

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, and ATF

Candidates who are clearly QA/Test Engineers and not primarily ServiceNow Developers

Job Description:

• Tester Senior
• Senior QA Engineer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and will be responsible for the manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations of "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow solutions
• This role requires solid understanding of ServiceNow platform behaviors, modules, ACLs, flows, and integration testing

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document and maintain the test data, data validation, end to end testing flows
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
• Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality
• Analyze test results and report defects in a timely manner
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
• Ensure high quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
• Develop reusable test templates for future automation initiatives
• Conduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) modules
• Validate controls, risks, issues, assessments, workflows, and regulatory frameworks
• Test config changes that include tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, UI policies, update sets
• Conduct regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades/releases
• Perform cross-browser testing and E2E user journey validation with external apps
• Test REST/SOAP integrations and external data flows

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 plus years of QA
• 3 plus years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC )
• Strong automation experience ( Selenium )
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows
• Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules
• 3 plus years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• 2 plus years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management
• Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications ( CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF )
• CI/CD experience ( GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps )
• Experience with domain-separated instances
• Prior experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects
• Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, etc.
