NOW HIRING: Night Shift Specialty Welder

$26-$30 +$1 shift dif/hour (DOE)

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

If you’re a well-rounded welder who can run MIG, TIG, and flux core, this is the kind of role where your skills actually get used. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean welds, can read prints, and doesn’t cut corners.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Specialty Welder:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses
• Prep, fit, and weld parts to meet blueprint specs and tolerances
• Work with carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum
• Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
• Inspect your own work using measuring tools (tape, calipers, etc.)
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work with the team to keep production on track

✅ What We’re Looking For in a Specialty Welder:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and flux core welding (all three required)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail (not production “slap it together” welding)
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Comfortable with fabrication tools and equipment
• Reliable and consistent — especially on night shift
