CGI is seeking an ERP HRM Consultant (CGI Advantage) to join our team! Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action to meet the needs and balance the interests of our clients, shareholders, communities and one another. We are looking for candidates with over 10 years of hands-on experience with HRM modules (Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions), Budgeting and ERP systems. Ideally, candidates should have experience in system configuration and client implementation, as well as consulting or system implementation experience with HR ERP solutions such as SAP, Workday or PeopleSoft.

Hybrid : (2–3 days/week onsite at one of the listed CGI office locations)
Your future duties and responsibilities
How You'll Make an Impact
• Partner with client delivery teams to implement the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of the CGI Advantage ERP solution within public sector organizations.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to document business requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend process improvements.
• Configure, test, and support HRM modules including Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits Administration.
• Assess business requirements against baseline system functionality and identify fit-gap solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of configuration and software changes on downstream HRM processes and related ERP functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans, support system testing activities, and document results.
• Provide project status updates, identify risks, and support timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prioritize competing initiatives and effectively manage multiple client engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing functional expertise and best practices related to HRM business processes and ERP solutions.
• Balance attention to detail while maintaining a focus on overall project objectives and client outcomes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting ERP Human Resource Management (HRM) applications.
• 7+ years of consulting, implementation, or business process transformation experience involving HR ERP solutions such as CGI Advantage, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
• Strong functional knowledge of HRM business processes including Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to identify how configuration and software changes impact downstream HRM and ERP functionality.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, documenting business requirements, and developing functional specifications.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, conducting system testing, and documenting results.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment spanning multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required (typically 25%).
• Experience supporting State and Local Government HR, Payroll, or Position Control implementations.
• Experience with large-scale public sector ERP deployments.
• Experience with public sector payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CGI Advantage HRM or comparable public sector ERP solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing activities.
Success Measures
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
• Successfully support the implementation and configuration of CGI Advantage HRM solutions for public sector clients.
• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Deliver high-quality business requirements, fit-gap analyses, and configuration recommendations.
• Contribute to successful testing, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits Administration.
• Support project delivery milestones while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve client business processes and maximize adoption of CGI Advantage HRM capabilities.
• Become a trusted functional advisor to both clients and internal project teams.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $198,400.00.
