Job Description

Salary: $87,100 - 157,450 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with at least 1 year of experience in computer engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a related field.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS clearance.
• We require experience working in a Systems Integration Lab environment.
• We value a strong drive to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
• We need the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
• We require familiarity with IP networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• We require experience with Python or Bash scripting.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in network engineering, deployments, or architecture.
• We require experience working with Linux systems.
• Preferred: active TS clearance.
• Preferred: experience with Agile methods, especially Scrum or Kanban.
• Preferred: experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Preferred: experience with network operating systems such as Junos or Cisco IOS.
• Preferred: knowledge of network security architecture, including firewalls and ACLs.
• Preferred: experience using network containers to support CI/CD pipelines.

• We design, build, and automate large-scale data networks with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• We design and automate IT and network solutions, integrate infrastructure equipment for deployments, and manage configurations.
• We perform deep troubleshooting and analysis, including complex debugging across hardware and protocols.
• We plan how software systems, APIs, and hardware devices communicate and integrate.
• We write test scripts, run diagnostics, and validate that systems are secure, compliant, and scalable.
• We develop tools, scripts, and reusable libraries to automate repetitive tasks.
• We collaborate with system designers and developers to produce engineering design documents, policies, and best practices.
• We integrate network changes into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab for pre-deployment testing, rollback support, and version control.
• We support the integration of new technologies into existing networked systems when needed.
