POSITION SUMMARY 
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions within 10X Health, including clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. This individual will support hiring efforts by building and managing candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while balancing multiple open roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the VP of People & Culture and broader team to execute against hiring priorities and support continued growth across the business.

OBJECTIVES
  • Recruit individuals who align with 10X Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values while meeting the hiring needs of the business
  • ​​​​​​​Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and functions, from sourcing through offer stage
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using job boards, outbound sourcing, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates on candidate flow, and support interview decisions
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system
  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and interview materials as needed
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple roles while maintaining organization and attention to detail

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining consistency and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication skills across both written and verbal interactions
  • Builds effective working relationships with hiring managers and partners throughout the hiring process
  • Ability to evaluate candidates against defined criteria and provides thoughtful, well-reasoned recommendations
  • Adapts quickly across a variety of roles and functions, picking up new requirements with minimal ramp time
  • Takes initiative and manages workload independently, with a clear sense of prioritization
  • Demonstrates alignment with 10X Health’s culture and is able to represent the company effectively throughout the interview process

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and MS Office
  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working at a computer
