DRIIME is seeking a hybrid Talent Sourcer and Outbound Lead Generator to build and energize our top-of-funnel activity across Latin America. In this dual role, you will source exceptional passive talent while simultaneously identifying and engaging potential client partners across multiple industries. You’ll own the early-stage pipeline, crafting creative outreach, qualifying interest, and laying the foundation for long-term growth.

Your day-to-day will blend talent intelligence with business development: hunting for candidates on professional networks, researching target companies, writing compelling multi-channel messages, and testing unconventional approaches to stand out in crowded inboxes. You’ll maintain meticulous records in our CRM and ATS, track key metrics like response and conversion rates, and continuously refine your methods based on data and instinct.

This role reports to the Growth team and collaborates closely with recruiters and business developers. It requires proactive experimentation, comfort with ambiguity, and a genuine belief that no idea is too “stupid” if it might work. We move fast, laugh often, and reward bold bets—even the ones that fail spectacularly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source passive candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and regional job boards for roles spanning diverse functions and industries.
* Research and identify prospective client organizations throughout LATAM; build targeted account lists.
* Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, social media, and other creative channels to secure qualified meetings.
* Qualify candidate interest and business opportunities using established criteria.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and candidate records in our CRM and ATS systems.
* Track and report on pipeline metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and conversion percentages.
* Propose and test offbeat sourcing and outreach ideas that push boundaries—because anything is possible.

### Requirements

**Must-Have**

* 1–3 years of professional lead generation experience within the LATAM region, across a variety of industries.
* Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to craft engaging, error-free outreach.
* Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Recruiter) and familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently while consistently overlapping with Pacific Standard Time for at least 5 hours each working day.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing pipelines in a structured, data-informed way.
* A genuine self-starter mentality: you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting for a script.

**Nice-to-Have (Preferred)**

* A track record of bringing “stupid” ideas that scare us—experiments, gambits, or tactics born from an _anything is possible_ mindset, whether they succeeded wildly or flopped memorably.
* Prior experience blending talent sourcing with business development or client-facing lead generation.
* Deep cultural and business insight into one or more LATAM markets.
* Familiarity with automation tools, scraping techniques, or other creative sourcing hacks.
