Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
Measure and record vital signs as directed
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Provide basic patient comfort and safety measures
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare teams

Start Date: 06/15/2026
End Date: 09/21/2026
Shift: Extended Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM
Contract Length: 15 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements
Active CNA certification
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work long shifts and maintain patient focus
Valid state/federal photo identification required onsite at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
Must meet all agency and facility compliance standards
