Job Description

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching travel options, coordinating itineraries, and providing support throughout the planning process.

This is a remote opportunity available to individuals who currently reside in the United States, Latin America, Spain, the United Kingdom, or Australia.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working in a remote environment. This position offers flexibility while providing access to training, resources, and ongoing support to help you develop your skills within the travel industry.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning travel arrangements
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences
Maintain accurate client records and travel details
Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and itinerary updates
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Follow established systems and procedures to ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States, Latin America, Spain, the United Kingdom, or Australia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable learning new technology and online systems
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Must have reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely
