Because we are looking for a
Barista! What does the ROLE entail?- Responsible for assisting guest's food and coffee/beverage orders.
- Strong guest service orientation
- Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling
- Maintaining well organized area and restocking station as needed
- Demonstrates Hyatt's values: Empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
Your EXPERIENCE: - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift and carry 10lbs-20lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
- A fun and energized person
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Aware of proper phone etiquette
