Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Home and Community Based)

The Job:

The BCBA will conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for insurance companies, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, conduct caregiver training, report on treatment plan objectives and attend bi-weekly meetings at our office.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Bonus Criteria:

• Each BCBA who bills above 100 hours per month receives a bonus of $50 for each hour billed above 100 that month
• Six month BCBA evaluations are eligible for a $1000 criteria* based bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
