Salary: $87,100 - 157,450 per year Requirements:

• We require an active TS/SCI clearance.
• We require Security+ CE certification at IAT Level II.
• We require a Bachelor of Science with 4–8 years of experience, or a Master of Science with 2–6 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• We require practical experience with VMware technologies, including ESXi, vCenter, Horizon, vSAN, and App Volumes.
• We require experience supporting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
• We require proficiency with Windows Server, Windows workstations, and Red Hat Linux.
• We require experience implementing STIGs and supporting RMF/ATO documentation.
• We require strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
• We require the ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team.
• We require willingness to support after-hours mission demands.
• We require the ability to travel up to 25%.
• Preferred: experience supporting AFSOC, SOCOM, or special operations programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with RPA systems, command-and-control infrastructure, or operations centers.
• Preferred: experience with MECM, Trellix, certificate authorities, Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization tools.
• Preferred: P2V migration experience, VMware certification such as VCP, and exposure to DoD classified and unclassified networks.
• Preferred: vendor coordination experience, ISSO or cybersecurity background, AI/ML familiarity, and knowledge of NIST 800-53, ICD 503, DISA STIGs, CI/CD, or DevSecOps.
• Preferred: CASP+ or other advanced certifications.

• We engineer, integrate, test, and sustain DoD IT systems supporting AFSOC RPA ROC operations.
• We deploy and maintain VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, Horizon, vSAN, and App Volumes.
• We support and troubleshoot VDI environments across multiple sites.
• We assist administrators with Windows Server, Windows workstation, and Red Hat Linux configuration.
• We integrate new software capabilities into existing data center architectures.
• We work with container technologies such as Kubernetes.
• We support the rollout of new hardware, software, and network capabilities.
• We troubleshoot system issues and restore baseline performance.
• We work directly with AFSOC/SOCOM customers to refine requirements and support operational needs.
• We participate in technical trade studies and recommend performance, lifecycle, and modernization improvements.
• We perform requirements, functional, and interface analysis.
• We develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality.
• We create technical documentation, diagrams, O&M guides, and training materials.
• We train customer personnel and mentor junior engineers.
• We support ISSOs with RMF/ATO documentation, SSPs, POA&Ms, and cybersecurity artifacts.
• We ensure systems remain compliant with DoD cybersecurity policies and STIG requirements.
