Salary: $69,550 - 125,725 per year Requirements:

• We require a BS in computer science or a related technical field with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an MS in computer science or a related technical field with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• We need strong proficiency with Linux operating systems, including administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• We expect a solid grasp of networking fundamentals and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• We look for excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• We require strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens and either hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.
• This role requires on-site work with no remote or hybrid option, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting is required.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Security+ certification.
• Candidates must live in the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate there.
• Preferred: 3+ years of Linux systems administration experience.
• Preferred: Experience working with UAS systems.
• Preferred: Experience with virtualization and containerization tools such as QEMU-KVM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Experience with advanced network configuration and management, including managed switches and firewalls.
• Preferred: IAT Level II or a Linux OS-based certification.

• We partner with development teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues across system integration, performance, and deployment.
• We implement and maintain system configurations to support performance, security, and stability.
• We create and keep detailed technical documentation, including configuration references, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base content.
• We help improve systems integration processes and tools.
• We install, configure, and support fielded systems, including advanced troubleshooting in Linux-based and containerized environments.
